Added the feature to create API keys
Added functionality to issue API keys. These keys can be used, for example, to link MotionBoard to the dejiren databases.
For users who have the roles “VA editor,” “VA admin”, or “System admin” the API Key is shown under Preferences > Security.
The created API keys can be viewed and managed under Other > API Keys on the Admin page.
