Enhanced dejiren databases

Enhanced the security feature for dejiren databases
In this release, the security feature for dejiren databases has been significantly improved.
Added setting to restrict record updates and deletions to record authors
A new setting has been added to blocks that update or delete records in dejiren databases, allowing only the original record author to edit or delete the records.
This feature helps prevent unintended changes by users other than the record author.
Added folder creation feature
You can now create folders on the dejiren Database page.
By organizing databases by project or department, you can manage them more efficiently.
Added access permission settings
Advanced access permission settings have been added to the dejiren databases.
Permissions such as View, Edit, and Delete can be precisely controlled on a user or user group basis, allowing to safely manage even highly confidential data.
Note: For dejiren database tables created after this release, access from Virtual Assistants (VAs) is not allowed immediately after table creation. After creating a table, you must configure which VAs are allowed to add, delete, update, or view records in the target table.

Added VA management mode
A new “VA Management Mode” has been introduced to help manage VAs more efficiently.
Users with the VA Admin role can switch from the standard mode to VA Management Mode on the VA management page, allowing them to view and manage all VAs within the tenant.
Manage Private VAs
Users with the VA Admin role can now manage “private VAs” created individually by users within the tenant.
This makes it easier to view the setting details and usage status for each VA.

Launch app and access room by scanning QR code
Using a smartphone, users can now launch the dejiren app and directly access a specific room by scanning a QR code that contains a dejiren URL.
Added option to display message timestamps in date-time format
Message timestamps in the Chat area can now be displayed in date-time format.
This setting can be changed in Preferences.
In addition, minor bug fixes and other operational improvements have been implemented.
