View import history
This article describes how to view the Import History when registering users or assigning external users.
In Import History, you can check the Status that shows the result of the import process and export a list of records that failed to import and the cause of the failure.
Prerequisites
An account with the role “System Admin” is required to view Import History.
Procedure
1. Go to Admin page.
2. Open Import History to view Status in import results.

3. If the Status shows Aborted (there is an error in the imported file), click the icon on the left of the record to display the details.

4. Click the download icon under Failure count in Import History Details to download a list of records that failed to import and the cause of the failure.

5. Correct the imported record by referring to the causes of failure listed in the downloaded file.
